Rod has 30 years of experience in the securities, investment advisory and insurance industries. He serves a diverse clientele and has a special affinity for meeting the financial planning needs of the agricultural community.  After seeing to the needs of his clients, Rod leads our risk management division.  He oversees and approves the application of insurance strategies to meet our client’s estate and asset and survivor protection objectives.  He obtained an Associate of Arts degree from York College where he also serves on the President’s Council. Rod serves as an elder at his church.

Ryan is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and holds the Certified Wealth Strategist CWS® designation.  He is a former U.S. Army Sergeant who began his financial planning career with American Express in 2004. Before joining NVC, Ryan spent ten years providing financial planning services for the military and their families at USAA.

Ryan received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland European Division. More recently, he received a Master of Business Administration from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas, with a specialization in Assets Management.

Using NVC’s resources, Ryan helps his clients plan, build, protect, and manage their financial security. He applies a process that focuses on the client’s unique goals, feelings, and situations. It allows him to address significant client concerns – the critical financial events that occur as his clients’ lives unfold and their needs evolve. Working one-on-one with clients and developing long-term relationships through the financial planning process is something that he truly enjoys.

Ryan and his wife of 20 years reside in Helotes with their two children. Ryan and his family love the local culture, traditions, and family events that San Antonio and the surrounding Hill Country have to offer. When they aren’t enjoying these, they can be found basking in the great outdoors while biking, hiking, swimming, or camping.
